Bidra med feedbackThe service at the restaurant was excellent, but I was disappointed with the burger I purchased today. The meat was extremely thin and the price was too high. I will not be dining at Carl's Jr. again. I'm not sure if this is a California-specific issue, but I was shocked at the poor quality of the meat compared to what it used to be.
I always have a fantastic time at this restaurant. The employees are always amazing, especially Noah and Rayne, who are a pleasure to interact with.
The last three times I have visited this restaurant, it has been closed. One time, the drive-thru workers were on site, but the restaurant was still closed. Another time, they were closed at 6:30am. However, the food is good.
Great place to have lunch. Tried the new el Diablo burger and it was great.
Every time I go it is something. At this and other locations. And it's not the people it is the organization. The app is hard to use and the rewards are not useable and not clear about how to use them. It says nothing about having to redeem online and pickup yet when I get to the window I am having to either re order everything and put in the code online to get the deal which is not available at certain locations, or pay 3.50 for a drink. Which is ridiculous for a soda. Prices keep changing and sizes are shrinking. So tell me why am I paying 3.50 for a large drink that is now the size of a medium for 3.50. come on Carls jr. You are starting to lose business.
