Great food, horrible experience. Ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich, and the employee said they didn?t have it. I asked for an Oreo Shake and they told me they don?t have a shake machine! The criss-cut fries are really good though, highlyrecommended. And the burgers are very good, especially the Western Bacon.

Stopped by here on my drive from Vegas to Los Angeles! They were super cool and had great service. The worker Joy took initiative to help me out and get things done!

Really good customer service, the guy at the drive thru was very helpful and polite. Food was very fresh.

ONE STAR CARLS ? the mere fact the wall of this Carl's has ONE STAR painted should be enough of a red flag.

Well I am absolutely excited about this review. I have been eating at Carl's for years and I'm telling you this was the absolute best I have ever had anywhere. The zucchini was crispy. The burger had char and the cold crunchy parts were truely cold andcrunchy. (Who knew that was possible at a Crals Jr. Noe the manager, was on point with keeping everything clean andstocked. The restrooms were very clean too. Wow I never knew I had to go all the way into the middle of the desert to get agreat Carl's Jr burger. Thank you team for the great experience. We now have a new stop when we're heading to and from Vegas.
