そば Qiè りやま Tián - 白老郡

I stopped by after hearing that they serve delicious soba noodles. I ordered the tempura soba and was amazed by the variety of tempura offered! I was already satisfied with just the tempura alone. Of course, the soba noodles were also very delicious. This is definitely a restaurant I want to visit again.

I was curious and visited this restaurant for the first time. Instead of just a regular tempura soba, they should serve something more exciting. However, the broth was delicious at this restaurant.

・On April 16th, I tried the "Tenzaru" soba for 1,450 yen at a soba restaurant with a large sign visible from the highway. This restaurant has a private renovation style, and you might feel like saying "excuse me" at the entrance. It's a bonus that the tempura dipping sauce comes separately. Using it separately from the soba dipping sauce prevents the oil from affecting the flavor of the soba. They also provide salt, which is nice. They offer menus with seasonal ingredients, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

いつも通る度に混んでいるイメージの気になっていた店です。 やっとタイミングが合い来店。 白老産ポロト豚のカレーそば、 もち天そば、 一品料理　アスパラかき揚げを注文。 美味しくいただきました。 次回は冷たいそば系を食べたいです。
