Jaime's Chimichanga - Baguio

One of the best restaurants in baguio city. ambiente is really good, very cozy. foods are delicious and price are reasonable. large portions. we tried the ribs, huh and Greek salate. meat of ribs is very delicate and the sauce is perfect. they are all so good! in any case one must try!

Excellent food. Very good birria, sisig, and nachos. We've gone twice, and we still haven't ordered anything subpar.

Good atmosphere and foods for good prices. Their group meals are good ways to taste most of the stuff in the menu. Go for their pork steak, it's the tastiest and most worth the money. Service was adequate.

Food: (For 1 male with big appetite, 1 lady with small appetite) Jaime's BBQ Ribs (Half Slab) for 2 adults. The meat was tender, the BBQ sauce was fine. I will recommend whole slab for big eaters, but the half slab portion is fine for 1 big eater or 1 big eater and 1 small eater. Service: Service was prompt, average, nothing beyond the norm. Ventilation: There was no air conditioning. But the weather was cool enough and the temperature is ok, as long as you take off your outer jacket. There were ceiling fans but they were not switched on. Ambience: It was Christmas season, so there was decent decorations like Christmas tree to liven up the atmosphere. The furniture was simple, organized and clean. There was no background music. Perhaps the ambient would be better if they had soft festive misic.

In all fairness, I found this restaurant pleasing. It has a good ambiance with mixed old and modern style. When we went there, we were the only customers. I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or just because it is already 3pm..too late for lunch. The food is okay...I say okay because I already had those tastes somewhere.
