Da Mimita - Bagno Roselle

This is the island that is not there: no one knows where it is until you find it! But when you found it, it's just like Peter Pan's fairy tale: a very young staff is waiting for you to enjoy meat and fish! Excellent cuisine in a simple but functional context! Only for curious people and believes in enchanted fairy tales and therefore for a few! I value 5 stars because 6 does not make me put them! In homage I put 1 Michelin star guide for the kitchen that amazes and kidnaps!

Renovated local, excellent cunina and staff and then what to say... The Mimita is amazing....

I was there for the first time on Saturday night, the place is very nice, the food was great, I took a cutter of meats (fresh) a carbonara(shoe) and a cut of tender beef. I'll definitely come back.
