Auberge Chez Gabrielle

Coming here we had some expectations given they're amazing reviews on this site but we where awfully disappointed with the service we ended up getting. One of the person I was with ordered a glass of wine that never came and the waitress took more then 30mins to come take our order. To top it all the food wasnt extraordinary and not at all worth the very long wait, would not recommend.

As others have mentioned this is a fairly small auberge with seating on some long tables. The food is really good, especially the vegetarian assiette. We also had the lamb was also great. Again as others have mentioned the dessert gormand is a good tip, and was a good mix of smaller portions of three dishes. Also great crepes and gallettes options.

Well worth the effort of heading off the beaten track to this small, friendly Auberge. The simple local food was lovingly cooked and served. There were home grown vegetables with a vegetarian option and a basic, honest wine list. All the other diners were French which is always a good sign.

This was an excellent dinner; highly recommended. Beautiful location. Great food; good value french food.

Très bon accueil téléphonique et physique. Repas simples et bons favorisants les produits locaux (sirops, bières locales, charcuteries...). Exemple : salade composée complète (fromage, charcuterie, accompagnés d'excellents beignets râpés et de légumes). Apéritif+vin+ plat+ dessert + café = 25 € en moyenne par personne.
