Ristorante Bardeschi - Badia tedalda

This winter during our family trip to Italy, coming from the Netherlands, we had a very pleasant surprise at Pratieghi. With the whole family (8 persons) we had an excellent Christmas diner at this old restaurant. The chef Christiana prepared (for a fair price) an at first sight traditional Italian menu, but when served it was obvious that she had made some very original twists to the traditional cooking. This combined with some good wines served by the owner Dando made it really special. We will certainly return in the near future, while traveling the beautiful countryside in Northern Tuscany.

Con la nuova gestione è la prima volta che io e mia moglie torniamo in questo ristorante situato a Pratieghi, piccola località al confine con la Romagna. Esperienza positiva: cibo eccellente, servizio curato, locale pulito e personale cortese. Tutto ciò di cui un cliente ha bisogno quando mangia fuori casa.
