Bidra med feedbackThrough a day trip to Bad Vorahn we passed the restaurant Spieker to eat a little bite at lunchtime. It should be nothing exciting and so we decided for potato salad with Bockwurst for 6.50 euros. The potato salad should be homemade according to the menu. The drinks came very quickly, so that only with this is actually the money. After a three-quarter hour we dared a demand at the waitress, where our order remained. They're the next thing was the short and snippy answer. After a beaten full hour, the 2 portions were then served and pointed to the question why it had taken an hour, we got to the answer: THE DAUERT IMMER SO LANGE! I'm not a restaurant tester but I can't imagine this potato salad was homemade. Tastefully it came from a bucket rather than a finished product. The kitchen staff needed 1 hour!!! Many restaurants complain about dropouts of sales due to the Corona pandemic but the restaurant Spieker does not seem to have to try to get his guests. We don't come back, dear staff of the Spieker restaurant, because there should be enough restaurants where you try to get the guest properly.
Where is it? in the spieker at the sea between the seas. it draws a beautiful beer garden with medieval surroundings. the trip from oldenburg leads through a park-like landscape with many tree schools to badly look. there lies the spieker in the heavy of the sea. in the restaurant itself I was always too dark and too narrow. the beer garden with the old apple trees in the middle of a park with a view of the sea that we like better. for the little star we ordered, among other things, matjesfilet haufrauenart . on owalem teller were arranged from left to right: salat with apfelsahnesauce, freshly cut scrub rings, 2 half caps, too little for me and then bratkartoffeln. the young kartoffels were delicious, like the matjes: mild salted, probably from Dutch production. everything else was fine now without notice. here you can read more details [here link] . supplement from 17.11.2014: we come to Sonne sporadisch. in matjes the part with a double fillet is rather too small.
