We went there for lunch and sat outside. The friendly waitress took care of us immediately and quickly ordered our order. There is something for everyone on the menu: beef/pork, fish, game, vegan. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. Really more than an insider tip: these quaint old, rustic walls with the many utensils provided for decoration give this place a charming touch. Not to forget the tip top vehicle museum so lovely to look at the many vintage cars. An important note: smoking is absolutely forbidden on the entire property. But if you want to enjoy the cigarette afterwards, you can do so in front of the courtyard gate. This location is an absolute recommendation and we will definitely be happy to come back here. Idyllic excursion restaurant with a small vintage car museum. Can't say anything about the kitchen. Because of a vintage car rally, Ascension Day was only a snack bar with bratwurst and roast beef fresh from the grill
