Countless moments of enjoyment and the......... for many, many years, in constant quality, with ever-new whisky combinations of seasonal delicacies and modern cuisine that has delighted us every time. Therefore, this review is not a snapshot, but the result of various foods - at irregular intervals - over the years. During our last visit on sunny Thursday evening we are in the about 3 km distance “Riehe” and have taken place in the idyllic and beautiful garden of the farm to make the evening really sound with a delicious food. On Thursday there is always Schnitzeltag in the Fischer Townhouse and since here - not only for us - the best carvings in the wide range, we have accepted this today's offer and ordered us two different carving variants from the map. What we do especially well in this carving selection is that you can order the carving size in “small, medium or large” depending on hunger, but also choose between pig comb, turkey breast or calf comb. The supplements are also chosen according to their own taste. All foods are really freshly prepared and even the noodles are homemade. However, special requests are also received without additional costs being incurred. For example, I cut the classic roast potatoes very thin and not necessarily from precooked potatoes. In the beginning we had a small greeting from the kitchen on this lukewarm summer evening, as always a small greeting from the kitchen (see photo), then there was a starter in the form of a Foamburg wedding soup and finally a dessert that could be selected from 4-5 different creations tonight (see photo). All ingredients were finely tuned and perfectly matched. As always, there are only the small things that make the difference, enjoy us as guests and make for pleasure moments that remain in memory. However, the consistently high quality of the years is particularly important for us. Since you always know what you are expecting and will not be disappointed and we hope that the existing quality of food and its creative variations will continue in the future. In particular, we would like to mention and praise the very attentive and always friendly service team (e.g. Nicole), who has always responded to our well-being/our wishes and whose smile is not built up but comes from the heart. For us, this visit on Thursday is always a very special value for money and what is particularly important, it tastes again and again very delicious and in the truest sense of the word. The “Hotel Restaurant, Landgasthaus Fischer” has been a family business with passion for almost 40 years, looking back on a long tradition that speaks for itself alone. And they say that “the care for tradition is not to keep ashes, but to keep gluten on the luminaire” and this seems to be the case here in the Fischer Landgasthaus in Riehe. Despite our claims, we had nothing to complain and can therefore recommend 100% of this restaurant in Riehe without a doubt and confirm the slogan of Hotel Restaurant, Landgasthaus Fischer: A jewel of German hospitality in Schaumburger Land.

Have department dinner of furniture Heinrich. Food very delicious, service very good. Can be highly recommended.

Service simply super and in the kitchen someone understands his craft. It was a beautiful evening with a delicious meal in a very family environment. Thanks to Team Fischer!
