Indische Restaurant Maharaja Bad Hersfeld

I use Butter Chicken as the a standard to which I measure all Indian restaurants, because I always order butter chicken. The Best ever Butter Chicken being in Seattle in the U-district. This was a notch above average, but nothing spectacular, same with the chai latte. I would definitely go again, but still searching for the best butter chicken. They did not have anything to entertain the kids, but luckily the wait time was very short, which was good, because once the kids drink the mango lasse, the sugar high hits before the drink is gone.

Run by a family from Punjab,India this place serves quite authentic Indian food. It's not very spicy either. The service was slightly on the slower side but the food made it worth waiting for
