Pan de Manila Talaba - Bacoor

Freshly baked pan de sal and peanut butter for breakfast... what more can i ask for? i also like their ensaymada and cheese bread... yum!!! only need coffee and a toaster for a nice afternoon snack.

Love that just-out-of-the-oven smell... brings me back to my childhood days when i get to smell it from our neighborhood bakery. this pan de manila is in a very very busy intersection where it seems the traffic is always snarled. coming from a night shift, it's nice to just stop here and get some pan-de-sal to bring home for breakfast. also love their herbed butters! yummm!!

I really enjoy the delicious and fluffy bread at Pan de Manila, especially since there are few bakeries in our area. Whenever I find myself stuck in heavy traffic during my jeepney ride and we stop in front of this store, I take advantage of the opportunity to buy some pandesal to enjoy for breakfast at home. The location is conveniently situated, making it a great option for me and for those finishing up their overnight shifts.
