Bidra med feedbackLast night(July 30 ) nagpareserve ako ng 15 pcs.puto cake sa cashier on duty that time to be pick by my brother in the morning around 9-10 a.m. I told her na bukas ko na lang din babayadan and she issue a receipt and i told her na okay na ba Ms.balikan ko na lang bukas and then my brother went there at around 9:45 to pick up the said puto cake pero ang sabi ng brother ko wala daw ako pinreserve at wala daw ganung pangalan i feel very upset with your customer service with no proper endorsement kung sinuman yung naka shift that day hinde man lang nag effort na magtanung yung staff kung anung pinareserve.Had a bad experience when it comes to your customer service!

Every time I order I always repeat twice to make sure I can get my order i like there foods but when we eat there for some reason my order always not complete like i order sinigang and they said that no sinigang in the list so it's my fault ? And now I order rice and no rice and take note i ordered pichi pichi is in the list I pay it but no pichi pichi in my order yes I am wrong I am not check my order before I leave so it's not good to order when its take out why they not checked before they give my order because I trust them I cannot go back there and take a grab to take for only pichi pichi :
