Bidra med feedbackThe only authentic Mexican Restaurant in the City of Bacolod
I went here March 2019. The place was lively and colorful, the service was excellent as orders were taken right away and each waiter knew how to explain each dish whenever asked a question. Place has no wifi (I did ask if there was and they said they didn't have any) but that didn't matter! The owners always stay at the restaurant to ensure quality control and are very friendly as they talk to the guests. The platters were amazing and the serving was very generous. Price was cheap for such delicious food! Lemon cheesecake is homemade and tastes amazing, too!
Really enjoyed this one! Great place to spend long chats with friends while picking on amazing tapas and sipping wine. One of the best tasting Spanish restos outside of Spain. Paellas are definitely worth the wait! Congratulations to the owners!
Uniquely designed spanish-inspired place to eat. love the chill ambiance and great service of the staffs.
The best places to eat have never been a title reserved for malls. While still a couple of days young since opening, azucarera has already managed to offer glimpses of its soon to be legendary offerings. From the discreet Bacolodnon take on Spanish dishes to the negrense envisioned dining venue, I thought it to be a refreshing and welcoming experience to the already impressive number of iconic restaurants in the city... as opposed to the institutionalized, overrated and commercially marketed restos in malls. Bacolod's Azucarera definitely deserves a number of takes in the years to come. When in Bacolod, the locals know good food best.
