Weingut Karl Heidrich - Bacharach

From Steeg we came to Bacharach . The reason for our station was here was that we had to kill an hour in this beautiful place before we arrived in Oberwesel in Günderodehaus for food. During the walk through Bacharach we went to this inviting winery to acquire something typical of Bacharach on the Rhine. We bought here a bottle of semi-dry Riesling 2009er Jakob 1505 Riesling Spätlese fineherb 0,75l for 6,50 € and a fruit brand of Speierling 2008er Bacharacher Speierlingbrand 0.5l Alk. 43 volume with gold medal, 2010 Honorary price, 2010 TOP FIVE purchased for 24,00 €. Since I had to go a long way, we could try both bottles only days later. Never before had I drank a spear as a brand, that is a different taste than orchard. I only knew Speierling from Frankfurt. The Riesling is also very beautiful, and on my next trip through the beautiful Rhine Valley I go back to this winery. This is the quality of More under [here link]

Very nice wine garden, super rustic food, totally delicious. Only recommended! The wine tasting is highly recommended, had a nice conversation with the waiter (law). Three different wine tastings with six wines a 1cl are offered (dry, semi-dry and sweet) in the samples, the wines are still in their category... e.g. from dry to very dry etc.

Beautiful small cozy wine room, great wines, delicious snacks, beautiful winemakers/operators. Very recommended. TIP. Unfortunately only from spring, late. Green Thursday open.

Very nice, shady place in the yard. Super dishes and wines. Nice people. Recommended.

Very nice court. The goat cheese with jelly and peppercorns is the cripple. The warm Wingertsknorze with spundekäs is also recommended.
