Cold Stone Creamery - Babylon

The staff at this restaurant deserves more recognition. They were able to understand my request for ice cream for both my father and me, and whipped up some delicious cold treats for us to take home. I especially enjoyed the birthday cake remix and the new pumpkin bread flavor they have.

GREAT PLANT BASED ICE CREAM BUT WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called the next day to let them know that there was a mistake on our Uber Eat ice cream . We paid $4 for toppings that were not added !!! Instead of apologizing the only thing the girl on phone wanted to know was why we didn’t call the night of. I explained It was late and after Uber eats said they couldn’t help us the store was closed. I then as a business owner hung up because she was dismissive and nasty. We will now take our business elsewhere.

I went right before closing and despite the large crowd, the staff was extremely polite and efficient, serving customers quickly.

"When I went to the restaurant, the cashier asked me, 'Hey, have you heard about Club Penguin? It's cool.' It was a random and unexpected topic of conversation, but it was a nice little interaction."
