Cafe On Munro - BABINDA

I have become addicted to Steak Sandwiches ever since sampling them all over Tasmania. During our stop in Babinda on a Saturday, the only food option available was Cafe On Munro. We decided to try their Steak Sandwich, and although it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, the sandwich was delicious with a perfect mix of flavors. The meat was tender and paired perfectly with the guava juice I ordered. Definitely a great spot to visit.

How difficult is it to make a cooked breakfast? The bacon was as tough as cardboard and my sunny-side-up eggs had black bottoms with raw yolks. Honestly, if you are in the hospitality industry, you should strive to do better than this. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Great variety of pastries, sandwiches baked items. The best hot chocolate I've had for a while. Very clean lovely staff.

The cafe, formerly known as Yum Yums, has undergone a recent makeover, facelift, and name change, all of which are fantastic! Munro Cafe now has a warm, friendly, and funky atmosphere, serving delicious food. The portions are generous and the prices are great value for money. This is a cafe in Far North Queensland that is sure to impress without emptying your wallet. Well done! We will definitely be returning.

Stopped in for an early burger. BEST BURGER EVER. Fresh bread. Fresh salad.. biggest meat pattie ever. Service was great. Worth a visit.
