I don't have words to describe their Ghewar. You must try it. You will be lucky if you don't have to stand in the queue. They prepare Ghewar in desi ghee and tastes amazing.

The best place to get ghevar in Delhi. Though the ghevar is available only during savan. I haven't tried anything else from their shop but I've heard it's pretty famous for Karachi halwa. The ghevar here is pretty costly but it's absolutely amazingly delicious.

Chaina ram is a legendary shop of Old Delhi which does not requires any introduction. This shop is running for more than 100 years and is widely known for its specialty in sev badam burfi and ghevar.<br/ During monsoon their ghevar sells like hot cakes.People have to stand in long queue running in kms as their stock gets over by noon.<br/ <br/ Their ghevar is scrumptious which has very thick layer of mava and some nuts. It has so much of pure ghee that a bite of ghevar quickly melts in the mouth and the flavour which comes is just out of the world. Definitely, its a must try but requires some patience to stand in long queue to purchase it.<br/ <br/ Sev badam burfi is available round the clock and is totally unavoidable. I strong believe this burfi cannot be replicated by any other halwai at all. Their burfi is very heavy as it is loaded with thin flakes of almond and pistachio. Its a true delight!! Again this HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.<br/ <br/ This shop is truly a must visit if your on food hunt at Old Delhi.
