Chipotle Mexican Grill - Azusa

This is first time I'm disappointed in Chipotle. This location is straight from horror movies. Dirty inside and disgusting. all containers looks like the unsanitary street food that we watch on social media videos. really dirty and bad food. rice was raw. meat taste horrible and dry. guacamole so weird taste . I don't want to be negative but this location had nothing positive also the first guy attitude also horrible. is this how you do business at Chipotle? any SOP? anyone checking cleanliness of store? Never had negative experience in any other Chipotle until this one. not coming back

Every chipotle is really good unless they don’t scoop a lot but they did and it was goooood!

I saw this place has an average of 2.5 star reviews. Maybe because of their past services and food quality. However, last night 10/26/23 we had great services, friendly employees and these guys know how to make the steak quesadilla burrito. Yummy!!! They gave good portions not like a few other Chipotle restaurants that skimmed on everything. Super fast service and on par. These are the employees that they should keep around. We will be back soon.

I've never left a yelp review before but my experience this morning was so frustrating it's worth spending 10 minutes writing this while I eat this terrible bowl. Ordered chipotle online (my first mistake) and delivered to my door was a half filled bowl, blackened chicken that tasted like charcoal, undercooked white rice and cheese that hadn't even been fully shredded. Im a student in midterms just looking for some quick protein but now I have to spend my morning doing this.After receiving the terrible bowl I drove to the restaurant. Wasn't angry, even apologized for the inconvenience of remaking it. The staff could barely look me in the eye. Manger or whoever was there at the counter didn't apologize, mumbled sheepishly asking if they should remake it. They remade my bowl and when I got home to eat it, IT WAS THE SAME. blackened chicken that tasted like charcoal, undercooked white rice and cheese that hadn't even been fully shredded. I understand these workers probably don't get paid enough to care, but at least give me some eye contact or just a simple apology.

Gave this location a second chance... NEVER agin... never. Where do I start?? Restaurant was filthy, not just dirty, but down right disgusting. If I had not ordered in the app I would have walked away! Food was not ready on time, ran out of steak, workers with zero sense of urgency, long line and employees just walk away, just flat out terrible in every way. The young man that was there seemed too stoned to care about anything. Saw him drop meat into the counter and then grab it and put it in someone's bowl! Gross...when i got home there was so much lettuce,pick, and sour cream in the bowl- almost no chicken and what was there must have come from the bottom of the barrel. Nasty AF! Miserable sick to my stomach..... stay away. Spend your money elsewhere...
