I didn't mention it to the waitress until after leaving, when I pulled her aside and explained that I couldn't eat my food because of the speck. She confirmed that it was the vegan soyrizo burrito, but I pointed out the speck on the plate. She apologized and that was the end of it.
The restaurant offers a vegan Soyrizo Burrito, but be cautious as my burrito had bacon in it. I didn't mention it to the waitress while dining but spoke to her after we left. I showed her the bacon in my supposedly vegan dish, and she apologized for the mistake.
