Disastrous experience Yesterday, 08/18/2023, we went to eat a menu at this bar, (actually 4 because there were 4 of us, in our case) in the Luz del Tajo shopping center, at noon, at exactly 3:20 p.m. and they told us that the kitchen was closed, that they no longer served, when in their own advertising it is detailed and thus it can be read that the kitchen is open until 5:00 p.m. We insisted and told them the same thing, that it was still early and that they had a kitchen until 5:00 p.m., but neither the rest of the people who were in line waiting their turn nor us were of any use. The excuse was that they were understaffed. That there were only two people in the kitchen and she, the medium-height girl with glasses who was at the register, the one who invited us all to leave. In total, 3 employees. We insisted again and said that nothing was wrong, that if we had to wait for something else we didn't care, but nothing.
