Pizza Hut - Azle

Didn’t realize Pizza Hut sells sandwiches and Cajun fries too! They were both delicious! Staff was friendly as well.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat for my grandbabies. The place was empty, and my grandbabies were starving. I asked to be seated near window so I could keep an eye on my truck n trailer and had picked a small table since it was just me and my 2 grandbabies but quickly told that I had to sit a larger table. Why? I have no idea. We were seated and brought our drinks and then nothing. I had to get up and ask if I needed to order my food at the bar area? Finally, a completely different waitress came and took our order. She was great. The kidos loved her, and she was very attentive to all of our needs. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but I know she works during the day. We were there on a Weds, and it was right after having their buffet. She is young with long blonde hair. I really hope she, this sweet girl, gets recognized for her amazing job.

Clean and place is well taken care of. I go a couple times a month. Kids have a good time as well.

Why have a drive thru if you can't order it should be marked PickUp window. Stupid!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, all because of the manager. She kicked us out after we asked when we could be seated after waiting 30 minutes already. From the start, we did not get a welcoming hello like every other family was getting. All we got was a how many?! in a nasty voice from the manager. We were told to wait 30 minutes for a larger table, and so we did. After waiting over 40 minutes, I politely asked if we could be seated at one of the other empty tables instead of the largest table there. Immediately the manager came out and raised her voice at me saying. I told you to wait 30 minutes and you keep asking. I don 't have another table for you, and if you ask someone else they 're all going to say the same thing! I was completely shocked because I had only asked once after waiting 40 minutes. I told her that she did not have to be rude because I was asking nicely, and I had only asked once. She proceeded to talk over me and say to wait, or that we could leave. My husband expressed to her that there was no need to be disrespectful if we are only asking a fair question. She ignored him and then began to take another customer 's order. Then she turned around and raised her voice once more and said, yall can leave this establishment. We were in complete disbelief as well as the other customers. Why treat us this way? Just because we were a different color than everyone else coming through the door? This town will always have people who cannot get over race. There, I said it. This manager is racist. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
