I had a disappointing experience with the service. After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, I was informed that the food had actually been ready for pickup 10 minutes earlier. After waiting another 20 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. When the food finally did come, it was cold. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

The service was terrible. After waiting 45 minutes for my delivery, I called and was informed that it had left 10 minutes prior. However, after waiting an additional 20 minutes, it still hasn't arrived. I just hope the food isn't cold when it finally gets here!
