Subway - Ayden

Drive an hour from work, website says close at 8:45, get there at 8:03 for them to say we haven't updated our COVID hours, not impressed, you wander why we go next door

My wife purchased some Sub. Turkey and cheese, Philly cheese for me. My sandwich was really horrible. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian. So I expected my sandwich to be FULL of meat and extremely small amount of veggies. I was very disappointed ????. Customers has to pay more for meat sandwich. So I expect to receive tons of meat on my sandwich. Was I received was a Veggiesandwich. I would not recommend this store ????

Good afternoon I don't normally complain,I went into this Subway The Manager was extremely rude. I asked her how was her day going,she didn't respond waited a couple more seconds and I asked again she said you asked me before, so I didn't know if youwere talking to me. Flies were in the cookies,she looked so upset, she wasn't approachable. This wasn't the same Manager that isnormally in there,she burned the subs and she was going to serve them to me. I said to her you have a wonderful attitude .Thisplace will not be getting my business again. Unless the other Managers are in there.

Best customer service and hospitality I've ever had.

Wasn't happy today, the lettuce was brown and looked slimy, the girl said that was all they had. The bread wasn't fresh, it made A LOT of crumbs. The cookies wasn't fresh. Hope the next time I go in it will be better
