We were undecided about where to go as ayas and its fractions offer countless restaurants and clubs where you can dine. we had been in barmasc and in this fraction there are three restaurants, one was already known but not the maison du bracconier. we chose not to move so much but here in this warm and welcoming place just under 2000 mt we were really good! I want to give it 5 stars even if we didn't take who knows what dishes, in the sense that we ate a cutter (mixed slices and cheeses) and instead of the classic polenta and meat we ate a delicious grilled fillet with potato butter jumped in the pan all accompanied by a good bottle of women. in addition to the appetizer and the second we took 2 desserts and then finally the owner offered us poussa coffee! good choice of Valdostan wines. the local remains exactly at the bottom of the barmasc above the main parking, which in winter (not this year) can not be reached by car.

In my opinion, with some insights, it can improve a lot.

It is easy from the beaten stretch and have a great view over monterosa gletschermassiw. Eating is simple, traditional and good! they have a great outdoor for warmer days. I always enjoy the rest and also for larger groups.
