Bidra med feedbackBed smelled like human Urine, that wasn't even the end there was what looked like dried vomit down the wall at the top of the bed and nightstand side. We pulled the mattress to see if something was behind it. Just a dingy yellow hard blanket on bed Absolutely Disgusting. We left and are disputing charges on our credit card. Multiple Intoxicated people at the bar, in Lobby. No Security, pitch black parking lot, homeless man came up to our car. Woman at the desk seemed overwhelmed. Clearly Not up to Hilton Standards. I would Never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I am a Hilton Honors Member and we had an incident where something was stolen out of the room. We contacted management, and they were rude and accussed us and hung up on us. Then we reached out and sent emails to the management as follow up and they never responded. This is a poorly managed hotel. I tried calling the Corporate office and was sent to a person in Japan that did not have all the facts and argued with me! I live and work and have a business in Avondale and WILL not support this hotel again, until we get an official acknowledgement from the management team! JSweet
Rooms really need to be fixed up for the amount per night they charge and the breakfast buffet was okay but should be expanded more because it actually has the potential to make more than what they offer.
When checking in I inquired if there was a suite avail and was told there were. I then requested an upgrade but was told that there would be the charge for the suite! I’m not sure why they would not give a guest a little perk, that costs them nothing! They would rather let that room go unused!! We have been traveling for 5 days and have been upgraded at Drury Inns and Best Western for no additional charge each night!!
This used to be my preferred hotel in the area, but it has gone downhill, It seems like there is a lot of cost cutting, even though the rooms cost almost twice as much this trip. First, the room was filthy- trash on the floor and sticky surfaces. Second, the gym is undersized and the equipment is broken, and has been for months. Third, they used to still provide a free breakfast for Diamond members, despite the change in Hilton policy, Now, the $10 credit does not even pay for breakfast, and the quality of the food has gone way down. The hot options were a tray of hard, cold scrambled eggs and greasy bacon- I did not see an option to even order other eggs. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but it seemed like they were struggling.
