Bidra med feedbackPlaced a $90 order online for some coworkers this morning. Get there to pick it up and apparently they cancelled the order. Showed staff the online confirmation and bank transaction and they still tried to get out of providing the service we paid for. They had to “call corporate” to finally get permission to make the food we already paid for. Then I’m told I have to go back to the end of the line to replace the order that I already paid for. Food was mediocre at best, nobody was very happy. Items missing and orders incorrect. I have coworkers that eat here all the time and have good things to say about Cafe Rio but this was my first and last time.
My family really enjoy this one particular order, three of us order burritos the same way. With double meat. We place our orders and the attendant is making them with a generous portion of sweet pork. I assume she is adding too much because we have been there before and it was a lot. HOWEVER if the employee is the one making the mistake on identical orders, she was only corrected by another employee when making the third burrito. To the point of taking meat off the burrito in front of us. Leaving us with two burritos made with a good portion of meat and the last not as much. It left a bad taste in our mouth, a mistake that was witnessed the entire time and should have been corrected or retaught when our order was done and we had left. It was unprofessional and very frustrating.
I came on my lunch break at 2:30pm on a thursday because my coworkers were talking about it i love tacos . I got 2 tacos with shredded chicken horchata as the drink . 10/10 was very good . The ladies working were very nice welcoming . thank you for the great service , keep it up . ?
We frequently go to this location for family lunches/dinners. The food is pretty good. The only consistent issue we have noticed is with the rice. Sometimes it doesn't taste fully cooked.
Just moved here from Utah and needed me some Cafe Rio. It was very good and the store was very clean
