This location can be extremely busy or quiet. I have been here when both have occured. The staff works hard to get people served and out the door.
Terrible service, the barista made our London fogs without milk foam and when we asked for foam she stated you’re supposed to ask for it and be charged for it. Everytime we have had these drinks made at other locations there was always milk foam on it. She then begin to argue with us that it’s not made that way and if you look on the Starbucks website it shows it does not come with it. We left the store because of her attitude and went on the Starbucks website and looked up the drink which did in fact state that the drink is made with milk foam. We will not return to the store after having our drinks made incorrectly and then being yelled at about it.
The coffee is always good, and the Frappuccino my wife likes is good as well.. the issue is the wait time. I ordered ahead on mobile, and it took 22 minutes to prepare the frap. When we arrived to pick it up, they hadn’t even started it. Definitely need more people working in the store if it is that busy, but it sure didn’t look busy today.
Disappointing to see what was a wonderful place to connect with others has become so uncomfortable of an environment. the lack of consistency and care from management is obvious and destroying what could be a positive and impactful experience for customers and partners.
