Politeness in staff members is on the upper deck. Its small, but they make you feel as if you're in a mall. Big up to the one and ONLY #Evan, a guy who appreciated me after messing and cleaning the microwave.

Employee?s are awesome. So kind! Definitely good example to another Pilot stores.Great and fresh pizza burgers! Clean restrooms hot and well designed showers

Dirty lot. Smells like urine. And then attendants wake up half the truckers banging on doors at midnight

Serenity is such a polite helpful person. This really makes a difference while traveling and if your day doesn’t go as planned. THX

Where told to move at 1 am to a different parking spot so employees had parking wasn't blocking anyone was out of the way. Plus employee parking is on the opsite side from where we where at horrible place to stay if you are a sprinter van.... Manger was no help what so ever. Was told by staff( if we didn't wanna be bothered to move to the other spot . Yet staff was the only people bothering us.
