The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Had a lovely meal at Giovanni Restaurant and enjoyed the shop. The Johny Cash tribute performance was fab! Really enjoyed that and would definitely want to see Clive John sing again. Front desk staff were not as helpful as I would have hioed and said the manager was too busy. So we did have a frustrating issue with the room assignment and with dinner booking. Rooms: Accessible room with nice wide access. My large power chair fit in with no problem. The shower in the wet room was set up perfectly.

Long queue at check outs. Rooms are narrow. Rooms are in use next to building /refurb works. So loud door /open close. Premier Inn down the road is good. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
