Small restaurant specializing in Roman pasta carbonara, gricia , amatriciana . nice and clean room, friendly staff, we tasted the three dishes in a tris of first European. carbonara and sufficient gricia, amatriciana no tomato raw . friends tell me it is not always so . I will try again.
Tris of first fantastic, amatriciana gricia and carbonara worthy of their name. fried appetizers for nothing greased and really goose; lemon moose to close a bean. I'll be back
