Found this informal eatery after, initially, just popping in for the first drinks of our French road trip. Great position for people watching in the classically french Place de la Liberation. Lots of tempting restaurants nearby, so just had an aperitif here. Or so we thought...Being an idiot I'd not brought a mask with me, and covid restrictions meant that none of the eateries would even let us sit down without it. So....back to Cafe HugoLimited menu, but does offer the most enormous charcuterie board. So nothing else for it but to feast on cold cuts and cheese. Fab!Turned into a massively filling, tasty meal for next to nothing. Wonderful night

Toujours un plaisir de venir dans cet établissement, que ce soit pour un café ou un apéro entre amis. L’emplacement est incroyable et le service toujours accueillant !

Nous étions 4 jours sur DIJON nous avons bu 2 ou 3 fois sur cette terrasse et manger d’ailleurs mais pas au HUGO ils ont un service irréprochable rapide malgré une terrasse archi bondé nous sentons que les serveurs son5 professionnels rapidité nettoyage des tables nous n’avons jamais eu à attendre ce qui n’est pas le cas dans notre ville Merci à eux un super moment à DIJON
