Yungaburra Pub - Australia

Food is epic and reasonable price. Great style pub and atmosphere. Only issues is the old buzzer for food, nobody wants to have to get up mid drink and conversation. Please just give a number and deliver. Also $9 a pint of mid strength is about $4 more than I'd expect to pay around Cairns. Maybe it costs more up the hill but the beers a bit steep.

A gorgeous old lady. Immense in her stature. Grand in her welcoming history filled dining rooms. My father used to sneak a cool beer there when he was an Apprentice back in the early 50s. He spoke fondly of the different heights of the rails in front of the bar. Useful for a lad of a shorter build. Something I/we have never seen in any other pub. She truly is something to behold.

Highly recommend. Food was excellent and came in good time. Beautiful street views and staff were great. We will be back for more pizza

Wonderful looking old pub. Nice place to stop for a drink or a meal. Not overly friendly for those of us with dietary needs..I am Celiac and the choices were meat and three veg.

Food was beautiful. The salad is probably the nicest I've ever had in a hotel feed. Probably any feed really. Lovely atmosphere outside in the beautiful Yungaburra climate.
