Burger King - Austintown

Ordered whopper with cheese bacon king 8 PC mozzarella 2 large fries and 2 cookies and on our receipt says whopper jr cheese also why isn't the amount on receipt of the cost of each item

The frozen Coke was pure syrup on a block of ice and I cannot believe I slurped that separated mess. Also I was given an impossible Whopper, (I wanted a standard Whopper) which was thin and tasteless. No cow here

Food was cold, the lettuce used for my chicken Jr sandwich was all brown. Could not eat after that...

I can't believe the employees won't even take your order anymore. They're only accepting orders at the kiosk inside. This is not good service. You have to place your order at the kiosk and then pay at the counter. Who thought of this ridiculous idea?

There is no service at this restaurant. There is no counter assistance either. Customers must either use the order board or go through the drive-thru. During my visit, four other people came in but left due to the lack of service. This left me feeling like I couldn't have it my way and that I should just go away. It is really sad to see how far they have fallen. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I will never return.
