Taco Bell - Austin

They had an issue with the ordering speaker and no one bothered to check why customers weren't approaching the order window. A customer drove up to let them know of the issue and place an order and they still didn't bother to rectify the problem. That being said, the food was great and hot.

At this specific hour and staff present on shift made my lunch perfecto. Quality is awesome. So delicious and perfect made. I haven’t enjoyed my Taco Bell lunch in awhile like this. Kudos to all staff here! Fast quick service lunch!

I went through the drive-thru and they were pretty busy but it was fast on that people straight and the guy was very pleasant

Consistently the slowest drive thru line anywhere. Sometimes only takes cash, sometimes only through the app. But youll have to wait 30 min in line to find out

The cashiers in the store are absolutely useless, and do not even attempt to communicate with the kitchen staff. 20 minutes of my order being made only to be asked again and told they 're gonna start it. Drive thru is congested and slow but at least the cashiers there effectively do their job. Seriously under trained FOH
