Bidra med feedbackMy eating was amazing. loved all sauces, but the glaze they make for their ribs is from this world! I have a few on the side, and I couldn't stop putting my huh in it! great service and good food?
This place had much better eating in its earlier less chic bbq restaurant incarnation. I had naked st. louis ripen and the flesh was really of the bone tender, but without the sauce it had zero smokey or whatever taste. the sauce and the buds were too sweet. overall it was ok, but not a satisfactory lunch.
Came in on a Monday night, wasn?t really busy for dine in but I did notice aloud of Togo orders. Since they weren?t busy we were served very quickly. My boyfriend has the famous Donk sandwich and I had their rib sans which both we?re very tasty and so was the Mac and cheese excited to come back and try more sandwiches
We chose this place because of Diners Drive-ins and Dives. It did not disappoint. Starting with the cashier who recommended the nachos and the BBQ rib sandwich. We ordered both along with a side of Gouda Mac and cheese and a couple of tasty drafts.
What you might think is typical is not here. Good music, helpful people, quick service. But the food... Texas Trill...meats were excellent. Sausage was nothing special but the other meats were outstanding. Moist with a deep smoky flavor, a tiny baby kick of jalapeños. Buns was perfectly chewy. Baked beans ate more like a chili and the mustard slaw was a refreshing change from the sloppy mayo based junk you get elsewhere. Such a great meal...highly recommend
