Staff were GREAT, NICE PROFESSIONAL! I love the service!! The donuts were good, simply not authentic Bobba coffee tasted more like chocolate milk, but overall amazing service!

Donuts taste like old pair of shoes I once had but the cake donuts and kolaches and the Spanish girl working there are incredible... Lol

This Shipley location is great. Great service and when I lost a receipt I needed for an event, they went above and beyond to help and try and get it for me (and it was from months ago! . Excellent food and coffee!

My experience here was great! Went in for a box do donuts, left with a box of donuts! Super quick and friendly service, the location looked clean, and the donuts were super good! I also got so koloches that were still warm when I got home. I would definitely recommend to get the chocolate glaze with chocolate sprinkles donuts and the cinnamon roll.

Quick service, friendly employees. I've had consistently positive experiences at this location's drive thru. The menu is easy to read and it has been easy to communicate my order. The drawback of this location is that because it is in a small center, there's limited parking, and the drive thru is somewhat hidden. I hope this isn't hurting their business, because their donuts are excellent. Very soft cake donuts, and large, soft yet firm yeast donuts. Both with not overly sweet frosting. When I find myself in this part of town, I always pop in here.
