Jjim Korean Braised Bbq - Austin

As a Korean, I loved food here a lot! It was authentic korean food plus more. My three favorite dishes were Galbi Jjim (very authentic meat was melting in the mouth , Galbi Gomtang (just like one in Korea and Spicy rice cake with beef (not traditional Ddukbbokki but very tasty if you are a Korean, you should try! Service was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Loved this place!! We went before a comedy show and the HH was great! My fiancée got a beer and soju special soju was delicious! We got the Brussel sprouts, the kimchi fried rice, the beef galbi jjim with rice noodles! I got a watermelon soju cocktail as well and it was super light and refreshing. The Brussel sprouts were amazing I still think about them some of the best we've had in town. The kimchi fried rice was really good as well but the beef galbi with rice noodles steals the show! The flavor!! It was incredibly tasty and worth getting! Very cute space inside and the service was great too. You order at the front and the servers will bring it all out as ready. Def recommend going!

10/10 from someone who grew up with authentic Korean foods in my home this place really nails it. Probably the most authentic flavorings I've found in Austin

Very nice meal at this table service but casual korean spot. All the food was very good. Silken tofu sauce was great. Tomato salad has oeeled tomatoes as a nice touch. Japchae was well seasoned. Shrimp dunplings were excellent. Crispybl outside and large shrimp inside. Duck wings are a nice twist on chicken wings. Again excellent crispiness. Food came quickly and service was very nice and friendly. The ice cream taster gift dessert is a perfect touch to end the meal. No drinks and all the food was $75 before tip for 2.
