I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. It is cozy and intimate, yet simple and elegant. The low lighting and candlelight create a special atmosphere for a date night or celebration. My partner and I chose to dine here for our 20th anniversary, and we were greeted with congratulations from the hostess and our amazing waitress, Rachel. She truly was the best - so kind, warm, attentive, and friendly. Rachel surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast and a decadent 4-piece chocolate dessert. Her food recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Honestly, this restaurant was not initially on our radar, but we are so glad we gave it a try. It has quickly become our favorite spot in Austin. While it may not be cheap, the quality of the experience more than justifies the price. If you haven't dined here yet, definitely give it a try. And if you have, but didn't love it for some reason, consider giving it a second chance. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! And don't forget to try the gnocchi and risotto - they are to die for.

What a nice restaurant to try! I really had a chance to explore different culinarily pairings and I was blown away. The food was amazing and our waiter did well recommending dishes for a large party to share. Can’t wait to go back!Food: 5/5

This experience was far more than expected. We had a group of 7 and after conversing with Harry, I opted for a family style serving and I let the restaurant choose the menu. I gathered the dietary information they needed, so they could serve appropriate dishes. It was the best choice I made. During and after the dinner we could not stop talking about the experience. By doing it this way we all were able to try so many more dishes and ones we might not have thought to order. We also discussed the amazing service and attention to detail. This will be a dinner our group will never forget. Thank you to all the staff for a night we won't forget. We felt we meant a lot to you.

The best food I’ve had in a very long time.Intero has everything. Thoughtful food presented in a romantic atmosphere all elevated by wonderful service. Our server, Carinne, helped us pace our meal and offered fantastic drink and plate suggestions which ultimately led to an incredibly unique meal and experience my wife and I will remember for a long, long time. Longer than it’ll take for us to make the trip back to Austin so we can eat here again.
