El Tacorrido - Austin

Pretty happy accident that we ended up here last week. Would have given 5 starts but there were no changing tables in the restroom, one restroom didn't flush, and they did not have any desert as listed in there online menu.Otherwise the food was really tasty. I order horchatta and Tacos. My husband got a torta, my sister in law a flauta, and her boyfriend nachos. The gentleman who took our order was very knowledgeable about the food and answered all of our questions which helped us make an enjoyable order!

The drive through area is really cute there is a long panel of murals to admire while you wait for your food. The tacos are usually pretty full with a good portion of meat. The queso is a good consistency, but the chips are my favorite part. The chips are nice and sturdy with a satisfying crunch.

First off the queso blanco is literally just melted cheese in a cup, what a joke. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla, nowhere on the menu does it say it comes with onions. Well it does, I'm allergic so I can't eat it. This was a total of $15 straight to the garbage can.

I enjoyed coming here every here and there until now. They now charge for tap water! I got a torta and they gave me 1 salsa but when i nicely asked for anther one, they said it was extra charge. Plus they always prompt the tip on the machine.Stingy place, it’s sad
