Bidra med feedbackWe had a very good meal on Friday night, despite a late arrival at the barillon, good reception. burgers and pana cotta were very good. We got back to take the aero the next day! during a next stay in aussois, we will return to the barillon

Very good restaurant, simple menu of regional dishes, excellent meals and burger salads, several homemade desserts are offered as well as fresh cocktails, a high service and always listening to your desires to make you enjoy. consumption without moderation.
We were very disappointed by this restaurant that appears more to a snack bar. the restaurant room looks like a back room of old bar (table benchale, old chair. . the fries houses are exeptional but the bag salad and the industrial colescow less. a small slice of tomato, a homemade vinaigrette and some grated carrots would be more "season". When we go to the restaurant, we hope to eat fresh products. when in service with a mask at the neck level and a mayonnaise tube that walks from table to table without being disinfected. and to finish the beer at 5.8 euros seems to me excessive knowing that at 2300 m of altitude we pay it 4.5 euros.
The burgers were exellent! I strongly recommend this restaurant.
