Bidra med feedbackSupported them many times for them to get rude and disrespectful about me asking would my food be cooked freshly and my 1st two times i ordered it wasn’t. This place actually could have some potential if the owners works on customer services, some consistency learning how to talk to PAYING customers properly!!! I suggest go elsewhere to get food spend your money where it’s appreciated. Places like this make it hard to really support your black small businesses.
Avoid avoid avoid, this place is the worst place on earth. Staff is rude, unprofessional and should be closed down. Do not for any reason give this establishment your hard earned money that you work for. I wish I could give a negative 5 to this place. Do not support this location. The owner should be ashamed of himself or herself hiring the ppl that work there, and if either the man or woman that's always there is the owner that's even more reason to not go because they tolerate and allow this awful customer service to continue. 0 stars . Teach these people a lesson do not support this location. Go to another location
This has to be the worst blacked owned business I’ve ever encountered. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I called and asked for a combo and the guy went back and forth about how many pieces I want….what’s the point of asking for a combo, if I have to tell you… it’s whatever you’ll compile and sell it for. Then I come in to pick up the order and asked for a drink with my order and she’s on the phone so she didn’t charge me. I told her I asked, she says well I didn’t hear you. I say okay can I order a drink, she now tells me I can’t use my card although she was not paying attention. Then she says I’m not giving you a free pop. Which I never insinuated. This is the first and last time I will ever patronize this business with no class and poor customer service.
Worst. Experience. Ever.Honestly, if I could have taken stars away from this location and given it to the worst Harold 's in the city, I would. I came here once before and never experienced such horrible customer service as I did today.I should have known that it would be unpleasant as there is a sign at the ordering window that says photographs and video is prohibited for the protection of the customers. The truth is that this place doesn 't want their abhorrent behavior on display.Did I place an order? No, I didn 't. It wasn 't because I didn 't try, however. When I attempted to pay with my Mastercard, I was asked for ID. Unheard of in Aurora, but instead of protesting, I decided to provide one and gave him my U.S. Passport card. It was pushed back to me, and I was rather curtly told drivers license or state ID. I figured that must have been a joke, and I stated that it was my passport card. Again, he repeated driver 's license or state id. I asked if he would not accept a passport card. He just repeated it again and decided to point out the sign in the window that parroted his wishes.I 'm not sure if he was aware that this state got together with 49 others and decided to give me this card, which trumps all other government issues cards. I am certain that this is the only establishment on the face of the earth does not accept a U.S. Government ID as a valid form of identification. It 's no wonder that his store was empty at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. If you want a great experience and good food, take your money elsewhere. I dont know how someone like that thinks he can treat people with disdain and stay in business, but it 's time that the customers show their displeasure by keeping their wallets away from this place.
