Wholly Cannoli Cafe - Aurora

What an amazing establishment! Been here twice so far and both the food and drinks are top notch. We had the Duck Hash, Porky Benedict, and the candied jalapeño bacon. This will be a regular stomping ground for us.

Went here for the first time yesterday. The only open two top table was by the front door, so we were seated there. A bit chilly, but as that was the only table, I could live with that. We ordered lattes, and my husband asked the waiter for his to be very, very hot. He was assured it would be. It took a while to get them, and when we did, mine wasn 't very hot, and my husband 's was actually cooler than mine barely lukewarm. I 'm thinking they may have sat for a bit before being served. The food was good. Husband had an omelette and I had a Greek bowl, which pleasantly was able to be made with grits instead of hash browns. It was yummy. We also ordered the cinnamon roll, which was tasty, but a lot, so we weren 't able to finish our meals. When the waiter brought the bill, I handed him my card, and he handed me back the reader so I could fill in the tip. Didn 't like that the suggested tips were 20, 25 and 30%. That 's a bit high, especially for just decent, average service. I decided to do a custom tip to put an amount I felt was more appropriate. The whole time I was doing the calculations, the waiter stood over me like a vulture just watching me. It was disconcerting. I took a percent off of the tip for that. Not the best first impression, but we 'll give them another chance. The food was good, and the lattes were good, even being a bit on the just warm side. We like to go to local, family run businesses, so we 'll go back again.

Love this place. Sara was awesome! The food was awesome. Must go to if you are in Aurora.

We came to checkout this place after meeting the owner in the Las Vegas airport. We had candied jalapeño bacon to start and it was seriously the best bacon I’ve ever had. Definitely start with the bacon! Then we had the Huevos and bacon, chicken, 2 eggs breakfast Mac Cheese (definitely to the left overs home). The food was so fantastic my mouth is watering just writing this. To drink we had coffee and the espresso martini. We loved this place so much we can’t wait to come back and invite our friends and family to join.
