Wendy's - Aurora

I went to his wendy’s to get a 10 pieces nugget and asked her to fall it fresh I knew it came back too soon, so when I drove away they taste different and they were not cut what the rado went back in the bedroom deck, what the problem is and I ask him to be friendly drops, we had to do them to get poison as they did not apologize for this

Very rude I just got out of work and I really wanted to grab something to eat but when I went to the drive thu on July 9th ,2022@3pm the staff was so rude the lady was giving me nasty attitude and talking to me so rudely and I really didn’t appreciate the rudeness it was definitely unnecessary when I was being nice I will never come back ever again this is was so disappointing :

Unfriendly and they need to update the dining hours by the entrance. It says open 9am. I even ask the drive through person and doesn't even know what time the dining area open.

Exceptional service, when I arrived I saw the line and thought it would take forever but the wait wasn't bad the cashiers were fast on getting the orders out. My Hot Honey Chicken sandwich was perfect you can taste each flavor from the actual Chicken Sandwich, to the fried pickles, pepper Jack cheese, and lastly the amazing sauce was perfect. If you haven't had the Honey Hot Chicken Sandwich definitely give it a try. I had photos attached but they somehow didn't make it on this post. Hot Honey Chicken sandwich picture on display is just as good as it looks in person.

Very rude staff. They seem like the customers are disturbing them. Extremely slow service. They have no sense of urgency at all. This is not fast food. Typically it is drive thru only. With it being drive thru only, you would expect it to flow. You can shut off your car in the drive thru and just wait.
