Taco Bell - Aurora

They said, if I wanted to make 2 separate orders in the drive, I had to go to the lobby and they wanted to get $15 per hour lol

This place always forgets to put food in bags. I commanded by the drive thru and the person who took my order repeated it to me and when I went to pay for my things that repeated it back and gave me my bag, I was confident in her so that I just left. I made a simple order of 7 tacos; 6 spicy potato tacos and 1 bark meat soft shell. When I came home, I realized that they forgot 4 of my tacos when it is 1, I will not throw a fit. but this time it was 4 tacos and when I called to the place, nobody answered and it is definitely not worth going back. somehow shameful I paid for my bill and was not even given the half of my order.

The huh shouldn't just go half of it over the whole taco. kasse was really nice.

Ordered on the mobile app said my order was received and when it said my order was ready I went in to pick it up, they seemed clueless about my order and it wasn't even ready. I had to wait longer for my order then she handed me a bag and and I had to ask for my drink and she must have thought I was lying that I ordered a drink cuz she had to go check on the order screen. Then the tacos weren't even wrapped right in the paper wrapping.
