Stolp Island Social - Aurora

Very limited menu and then found out that a few items, flounder, brussel sprouts and a steak were not available. very expensive. I asked if we could have something broth. get three grilled pieces cut in half and loaded $5.00! our server has never told us that there was a fee for brot. the restaurant was completely empty, next to a theater that simply left out. that should say something to this restaurant! the first time and the last. ambiente is beautiful with a great attractive cash. Owners should rethink their business plan. Maybe they deserve all their money at the brunch.

We’ve been to stolp a handful of times.. we have had trouble with them in the past bringing out the steak very rare when we asked for medium While they quickly fixed the error, this has happened about 50 percent of the time we have dined there. Although the steak was tasty, we are not sure why this keeps happening.

We had the pork chops and salmon. Both were excellent. Also ordered sweet potatoes and salad which were also excellent!

Food and service was excellent. The lamb bolognese was a small portion for the price. Food tasted great.

Great service and amazing food that we experience every time we eat here! Perfect for pre theatre or a bite afterwards!
