Bidra med feedbackI was really impressed by this place. there are many vegan options that are clearly marked. they have also marked gluten-free options clearly. the personal is really friendly. so excited, more good vegan options in this area.
We have butter huh and huh tikka masala, both dishes were fantastic! we also tried the gulab jamun (served warm, was amazing.) dew, the owner, was so friendly and gave us free carrot pudding (which was rich and tasty.) the service and the environment were excellent. I'm sure it's coming back!
There was lunch. very good food, good service. we were the only ones we eat. they had ordered a few while we were there. will return definitiw. we are on a low carb diet we passed on to the rice, but we could not resist. I had the vegetarian lunch special and nabeby had the meat special. both were happy.
After reading great revues, I decided to try it for take out. Ordered Saag Paneer and Chicken Tikka Masala. It was very blah....disappointed. I ordered medium spice and it had NO spice.
Ordered takeout from Smoky Hill Indian Cuisine last night since we haven't tried it before and we were so impressed! The owner, David, made it a point to introduce himself over the phone and in person. We ordered the lamb biryani, lamb korma, and 2 orders of naan to share between 3 people. The lamb biryani came with a yogurt sauce and was extremely flavorful. The lamb was very tender and was definitely the group favorite. Korma is my favorite kind of Indian curry and Smoky Hill's did not disappoint. It was perfectly creamy, well-balanced, and lots of lamb. The naan was a great accompaniment to scoop up all the delicious sauce. Next time I'm visiting my folks in Colorado, I will definitely come back and would love to try dining in.
