Rancho Alegre - Aurora

First time here and overall assessment very good. direct seating for lunch in the middle of the day. I had the big (3 choices) combination, the crispy relleno, bohnen burrito, huhn chimichanga, rice, bon, salat and tomato, guacamole and acidic cream. other person had 2 chicken burritos and huhn chimichanga with all the above fixations. we both agreed that the food proportions were large, food very tasty and service attentive. each combo plate was $14.95 easy parking in front of the restaurant.

I was always skeptical about this place because I almost never see car parked outside, but we decided to try it one night because we get tired of eating at the same places. the place was completely empty, but there were many expulsions waiting to be picked up, and I must say I was quite impressed by eating. it was tasteful and not awfully expensive. if they are in the community center of aurora, I would try this place definitiw. do not let the lack of din-in customers fear them.

Food and drinks were delicious and I'd definitely go back. The problem was that my friend spilled a drink. The server kindly cleaned it up and said she would get her another one. When we were finished and she brought the check, we hadn't been charged for the spilled drink which we thought was nice. However, after she ran my friend's card, we saw that the charge for the drink had been added on. That was pretty shady. We would've just paid for it in the first place. No need for the stunts. Bomb food, though!

My friend and I went here because of the "Good” reviews and rating we went when they weren’t busy either and I ordered a chicken burrito and my friend ordered a crispy beef taco plate only to have to sit for 20 minutes with NO chips or drinks while we waited for our takeout only to have customers come in after us and they were already getting there food. Long story short if you don’t want to be overcharged have to wait 20 minutes with no drinks or chips then DONT go here. 30 dollars for some beef tacos and a chicken burrito with no chips or drink is outrageous we could eat at a steak place for that price only to have to deal with lazy unprofessional staff. We walked out WITHOUT our food and we will never be back. You guys have been warned about this place.
