Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I had the fish and shrimp dinner $19.99) that was majorly overcooked. In fact I would venture to say it was overcooked food that had been salvaged by microwave heating. We did not complain because we were having dinner with a friend who had recently been widowed and we did not want to cause a fuss and upset her even more. The wait staff were good and we have no complaints regarding their friendliness and attentiveness. We will never patronize Joe’s Crab Shack again, there a just too many way better restaurants to go to. Pity!
Bus boy(wish I knew name) went out of his way to prepare table for us by window in main room and turned down music for us. I have hearing aids. Very personable and accommodating young man. Savannah was our server. Pleasant and attentive to our requests. Had the best DRAFT Blue Moon. Never knew Draft available. Would come back just for a Blue Moon. OR 2..... It was our first visit and not our last!!! Thank you. Just one criticism. You should definitely find better fries or fry current ones longer. Soft and mushy.
Place is run down and dirty. Food was gross. There was a barnacle On a muscle we had. Food was not fresh at all. The staff did not care that our food was not fresh and there was a barnacle on our food. Someone needs to step in at this place and act like a manager. Will not be returning to this place. Bathrooms were dirty. Trash can was over flowing. I took pictures and trying to find where to email Joes Crab Shack. I wish I could put pictures to show everyone.
We really had a great time the service was outstanding he was really great and the food some didn't like there's but most of us thank you for putting up with us and thank you for great service.
Waited almost 15 minutes for host staff to come to stand. Ordered kids meals and appetizers first but adult meals came out first. Impossible to get drink refills. Ordered dessert and they didn’t brings silverware, said they were going to get it and never came back. Had to ask two additional servers for it before asking the manager who finally brought it.
