James Place - Aurora

Have been here several times and its always consistent.... awesome food, great wine selection, fantastic service (ask for Brandon!! , and such a cozy quaint atmosphere. The patio in summer is beautiful. Perfect place for a date night. I Love JamesPlace!

Wonderful experience at James Place this evening! The food is artisan, something you would not expect at first sight. The Walleye with rice pilaf and a touch of vegetables was amazing! Friends had the chicken pot pie, which is a hearty meal and thesteak with onion strips that looked absolutely mouth watering. After our meal, the chef came out personally and asked how thingswent. He explained how the fish is procured and little tidbits on food prep. James Place is smaller with a casual atmosphere,the food and service were excellent!

This restaurant in Ohio served me the best meal I have ever had. The atmosphere was lovely and quiet, the food was amazing, and the overall experience was truly memorable.

I am thrilled to be back at the restaurant for the first time since the pandemic started. I love the atmosphere here! I enjoyed a glass of wine and had a delicious Caesar salad.

The dining experience at this restaurant is top-notch. The service, food, and atmosphere are all excellent. We began with well-crafted cocktails, followed by a delicious calamari that was simply delightful.
